Meet Harmoni
Precious Harmoni stayed at Rosie’s Place right as Covid hit the nation.
Harmoni was born with pulmonary atresia, a form of heart disease in which the pulmonary valve does not form properly. Since repair was not an option, she underwent a heart transplant in March, 2020, just as Covid was gripping the country.
Harmoni recovered with her mom and grandmother at Rosie’s Place during her two-month recovery. Thankfully Yellow Door Foundation was permitted to stay open during Covid to help families like Harmoni’s.
