Meet Jahir
Jahir needed a heart transplant due to muscualer dystrophy he didn’t even know he had.
Ten year-old Jahir and his family. Jahir recently underwent a successful heart transplant. His transplant was necessitated due to heart failure from Muscular Dystrophy, which the family never knew he had! Jahir, his mom and mischievous little brother (who was homeschooled from the apartment) were with us from Richmond, VA for almost three months in our Dreamer Apartment.
