Meet Olive
Eleven-year-old Olive and family stayed at the Baer-Hart House while she was treated for AML.
We hosted 11-year-old Olive, her 7-year-old brother Max and their grandparents to the Baer-Hart House. Olive is undergoing treatment for Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML). AML is a type of cancer where the bone marrow makes a large number of abnormal blood cells.
Olive’s grandparents are staying with her and mom will visit as work permits. Little brother Max is apparently the comedian in the family and promises to keep Olive entertained during her year-long treatment
