Raymond
Raymond was treated at UVA for Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) and was our first family in Tommy’s Place.
Raymond “Gabe” Bray passed July 5, 2023 after battling leukemia for 16 months. His infectious smile and odd sense of humor kept the doctors and nurses on their toes! He loved Legos, learning, was an avid video gamer and loved his friends and brother, Destin, dearly! Gabe would have started his senior year on his 18th birthday this year-August 8. He had plans to go to culinary school following graduation.
Gabe’s family stayed with Yellow Door at Tommy’s Place. His final wish was to have his ashes spread in the ocean off Oahu, Hawaii where he was born. Our hearts are with the family during this sad time.
